The Alvin Depot Centre is a beautifully restored train depot built in 1907. Originally a stop for passengers awaiting the Santa Fe Railway train, the Centre features the original depot structure with a beautifully landscaped brick patio overlooking the BNSF railroad, making it the perfect venue for weddings, baby showers, meetings and a host of parties.
The Depot Centre also includes an outdoor Clock Tower and picturesque views of National Oak Park. The indoor venue is over 800 square feet, which seats 40 comfortably for a meal, and even more capacity for standing cocktail guests. Renters also love to utilize the outdoor patio space for additional party guests. The Centre also boasts original wood moldings and large windows that let in a ton of natural light, fit for photographing your most precious moments.
The Depot is located at 200 Depot Centre Drive, Alvin, TX 77511.
