The Alvin Public Art Program (APAP) is a city-led initiative dedicated to enhancing Alvin’s visual landscape through creative expression and community engagement. From vibrant traffic control box wraps to large-scale murals and interactive installations, the program celebrates local talent and fosters civic pride by integrating public art into everyday spaces. Managed by the Alvin Convention and Visitors Bureau in collaboration with Keep Alvin Beautiful and the Alvin Public Art Committee, APAP invites residents and visitors alike to experience Alvin’s unique charm through its growing collection of public art.
